Bill Warner is a Nashville based producer/engineer and musician with Gold and Platinum credits having worked with Dolly Parton, Lonestar, Michael W Smith, Gaither Vocal Band, Ricky Scaggs and many other artists in a variety of genres.
Serving as president of Nashville label, LuckySky Music since 2020, he has produced several releases for flagship country artist, Tori Martin, including 3 #1 singles in Texas on the Billboard published Texas Regional Radio Report.
He also produced the 2024 Academy of Western Artists album of the year for North Dakota Americana artist, Jessie Veeder. He is passionate about exploring new ideas and technologies to help artists achieve their vision.

Kirsti Manna is a Nashville based songwriter, publisher, performer, and creative director whose 5-week Billboard #1 hit “Austin” introduced Blake Shelton to country radio.
She is also the co-writer/co-publisher of Big & Rich’s “Loud,” the theme song for CMT’s Gone Country, and has written songs recorded by artists including Tiffany, Colt Prather, Angus Gill, Kirsty Lee Akers, Amber Lawrence, and many others.
Kirsti has co-written and co-published three #1 Texas chart singles with LuckySky Music artist Tori Martin, along with five #1 songs in Australia and over 100 independent artist cuts. Her music has been featured on CMT, ESPN, The Voice, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Hallmark, and more.
She is the founder of Songwriter Girl, a creative empowerment platform for girls and women, and serves as VP and Creative Director of Publishing for LuckySky Music.

Jason Engelman is a Fort Worth based entrepreneur, executive, and CEO of LuckySky Music.
With over a decade of executive management experience, Jason has spent the past several years managing investment portfolios across the real estate and energy industries. He founded Freaky Fast in 2019 and currently oversees $30 million in assets, using his business experience and resources to help further the mission of LuckySky Music and support the artists within it.
Married to country artist Tori Martin, Jason brings a strategic, entrepreneurial perspective to the label while helping create opportunities for artists to grow, create, and reach new audiences.
He lives in Fort Worth, TX, frequently travels to Nashville, and never misses an Ohio State Buckeyes game.
